The Sugaring Off Festival celebrates the arrival of spring and the production of Manitoba maple syrup.

2014 Sugaring-Off School Program

The Sugaring Off Festival school program offers students the unique opportunity to visit our "Cabane à Sucre", where they will learn first-hand about the production of maple syrup. With that comes the joy of tasting our delicious "taffy on the snow", taking a tour of the museum and the Goulet House, join in a sing-along, and enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride! Maple sugar products such as maple candies, maple syrup are available for purchase.
