To celebrate the arrival of spring and the production of Manitoba maple syrup, an annual Sugaring-Off Festival is held in April.
During the Sugaring-Off Festival school program, students have the unique opportunity to visit our "Cabane à Sucre", where they will learn first-hand about the production of maple syrup. With that comes the joy of tasting our delicious "taffy on the snow", taking a tour of the museum and the Goulet House, join in a sing-along, and enjoy a horse-drawn wagon ride! Maple sugar products (maple candies, maple syrup, etc.) are also available for purchasing.
(open to the general public)
Saturday, April 17th and Sunday, April 18th.
10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
